What Mailmoni does
Once your domain publishes a DMARC record, Gmail, Outlook and other mailbox providers send a daily report on the mail that used it. Mailmoni reads those reports, and the TLS reports about mail sent to you.
It tells you which services send as your domain, and whether their mail passes. It is made for companies that send email from their own domain, and for the person there who has been asked to set up DMARC.
Why it exists
A DMARC report is an XML file of IP addresses and counts. It does not say which service sent the mail, or what to change when that mail fails.
Mailmoni names each source, such as Mailchimp or your own server, and explains each verdict in a sentence. Three things stay true on every plan.
- Every plan's price and limits are on the pricing page.
- The privacy policy names every company that handles your data.
- You can download every aggregate and TLS report we hold, as the file the mailbox provider sent.
How it is paid for
Starter covers 1 domain and costs nothing. The paid plans pay for Mailmoni. The smallest, Pro, costs 5.90 EUR a month.
Mailmoni has no investor and carries no advertising. We do not sell data about your mail.
Where it runs
Mailmoni runs on a server at Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland. Reports arrive by email directly at that server. Backups are encrypted on the server before they leave it, and are stored in the EU.
