Extra domains
Every paid plan charges the same for each domain above the ones it includes: 1 EUR a month, or 10 EUR a year on a yearly plan.
With 9 domains, Teams costs the same as Pro. With 20 domains, Enterprise costs the same as Teams. Above that, the larger plan costs less.

Why the prices are what they are
What each step pays for
One person builds Mailmoni and answers the support mail. The prices pay for that work and for running the service.
Each step up does more of the work that costs us money. It checks DNS more often, keeps more reports, and sends more alerts and summaries.
What it does not pay for
There is no sales team, no advertising budget and no investor.
Leaving some features out keeps the prices where they are. What we do not build lists them, each with the reason.
What happens if we stop
You can take everything with you, on every plan, without asking us.
- Every aggregate and TLS report downloads as the file the mailbox provider sent, whenever you want it.
- Exports give you a domain's records as CSV or NDJSON, a date range of its reports as one zip file, or your whole organization as one zip file.
- From the Teams plan up, the relay sends a copy of each aggregate and TLS report to an address you choose, so a second copy exists outside Mailmoni. Forensic reports are not forwarded.
- If we stop running Mailmoni, the terms promise you an email at least 90 days before, so you can export your data.
If you cancel a paid plan
- A paid plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Then your organization moves to Starter.
- For 14 days after that, every domain and member stays. You can download everything in that time, or upgrade again and lose nothing.
- Then we keep 1 domain you choose and archive the others. Reports sent to an archived domain are refused.
- 1 member you choose keeps access, and the others lose it.
- History then shrinks to 30 days, and older reports are deleted.
- Moving to a smaller paid plan works the same way, with that plan's limits.
Payments and refunds
Each payment comes with a receipt by email. Adding a domain adds its prorated price to your next invoice. Switching between monthly and yearly is charged or credited at once. When you cancel, there is no refund for the unused part of the period.
Questions about the plans
Is Starter a trial?
No. Starter does not expire, and it never asks for a card.
Is there a trial of the paid plans?
No. A paid plan is billed from the day you upgrade. If you cancel, it stays until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Sign up on Starter and add your domain. Then upgrade from the plan settings. There is no second sign-up.
What counts as a domain?
Each domain you add, such as example.com, counts once. Its subdomains, such as news.example.com, are found in the reports and do not count.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter shows whether your mail passes. Pro fits when you fix your sources yourself and want a longer history. Teams fits a team that wants alerts and summaries in its own chat. Enterprise adds faster DNS checks, PagerDuty, and summaries for people outside your organization.
