Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between Aimosti Oy ("we") and the organization that uses Mailmoni ("you"). They apply from the moment someone creates an organization in Mailmoni on your behalf.

Company details

Mailmoni is a service of Aimosti Oy, a limited company registered in Finland.

We answer support email in English and Finnish.

Who can use Mailmoni

Mailmoni is for businesses and other organizations. It is not sold to consumers, so the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply. The person who signs up confirms that they may accept these terms for the organization.

You may monitor only domains that you own, or that their owner has allowed you to monitor.

What the service does

Mailmoni receives and stores the DMARC aggregate and forensic reports and the TLS reports that mailbox providers send about your domains. It checks your domains' DNS records, explains the results, and sends the alerts you set up. The pricing page lists what each plan includes and its limits.

We run Mailmoni on our own server and work to keep it available, but we do not promise a fixed level of availability.

Your data

The reports, settings and other data you bring to Mailmoni are yours. You can download every report and export your data at any time, on every plan. We use your data only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Accounts and security

Each person signs in with their own account. You are responsible for what is done with your organization's accounts and API tokens. If you think one has been misused, write to support@mailmoni.com at once.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mailmoni to break the law, to probe or overload the service, or to get around your plan's limits. We may suspend an organization that does, and we tell its admins why.

Fees

Starter costs nothing. Pro, Teams and Enterprise are paid in advance. The page Payments, cancelling and refunds is part of these terms.

Ending the service

You can delete your organization at any time from its settings. We can end your use of Mailmoni with 30 days' notice by email, or at once if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we stop running Mailmoni altogether, we tell you by email at least 90 days before, so you can export your data.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months. These limits do not apply to damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

We email your organization's admins at least 30 days before a change to these terms takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel a paid plan or delete your organization before then.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled in the District Court of Northern Ostrobothnia (Pohjois-Pohjanmaan käräjäoikeus) in Oulu.

Language

These terms are written in English and Finnish. If the two differ, the English text applies.
