For agencies

Every client's domain under one sign-in

Add each client's domain to one organization. Mailmoni shows who sends as each one and what fails, and emails you when something changes.

Pro includes 5 domains, and each domain above that adds 1 EUR a month. Starter covers 1 domain, so you can try it on one client first.

What goes wrong

Why clients' email is hard to look after

  • Every client's DNS is somewhere else

One client's records are at the registrar, another's with their IT contact. The login is not always yours.

  • You hear about it from the client

A client's invoices or offers land in spam, and the first sign is the client asking why.

  • A move loses a record

When a client moves to a new web host, the DNS can move with it. If the DMARC record does not make the move, the reports stop.

  • Every domain on one overview

The overview lists each domain with its pass rate, its readiness and what needs attention. Each domain has its own sources, DNS checks and reports.

    More about sources

  • Alerts that name the domain

Every alert names its domain. From the Teams plan up, alerts can go to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or another chat tool as well as by email.

    More about alerts

  • A read-only link for the client

From the Pro plan up, you can give a client a read-only link to their own domain. It needs no account and shows that domain and nothing else.

What you do

The same three steps for every client

  1. Add each client's domain

Each domain gets its own reporting address and its own DMARC record, ready to copy.

    Adding a domain

  2. Send the records to whoever holds the DNS

How it works has the message written out, with both records in it. Each domain's page gives you the values for that domain.

    Read the message

  3. Act on what comes back

Fix the sources that fail, domain by domain. Move each domain to a stricter policy when the readiness rule says it is ready.

Which plan fits

Every paid plan, priced by the domain

Every paid plan charges the same for each domain above the ones it includes: 1 EUR a month, or 10 EUR a year on a yearly plan. With 9 domains, Teams costs the same as Pro. With 20 domains, Enterprise costs the same as Teams.

They all sit in one organization, and every member you invite sees every domain in it. There are no per-client accounts and no white labelling.

Questions agencies ask

Can a client see their own domain and not the others?

Yes, through a share link, from the Pro plan up: read-only, with no account, for that one domain. A member you invite to your organization sees every domain in it.

What does the client have to do?

Publish the DNS records, or ask whoever looks after their DNS to. How it works has the message to send. The client needs no account.

Do a client's subdomains count as domains?

No. Subdomains that appear in reports show up by themselves. They need no verification and do not count toward your plan's domains.

Try it on one client's domain first

Starter covers 1 domain and does not expire. Sign-up is not open yet.
