For business owners
When invoices land in spam, find the source
Your invoicing tool, your booking system and your newsletter all send email as your domain. Mailmoni names each one, says whether mailbox providers can tell its mail really comes from you, and what to change when they cannot.
Starter covers 1 domain and needs no card. Pro covers 5 domains for 5.90 EUR a month.
1 of 3 sources are ready.

What goes wrong
Why invoices land in spam, and why nobody notices
-
A tool sends as you without being set up
Invoicing, booking and newsletter tools send email from your address. Until a tool is set up for your domain, its mail fails DMARC, and mail that fails is more likely to land in spam.
-
The tool says the invoice was sent
Your invoicing tool marks an invoice as sent once the customer's mail server accepts it. It does not tell you whether that mail passed DMARC.
-
Nobody has the full list of tools
Tools get added over the years, by different people. When nobody has the full list, nobody can check that each one is set up.
What Mailmoni shows you
Each tool by name, and the change to make in it
New source for example.com: Procountor
Procountor started sending as example.com on 23 October 2026: 218 messages, 0 percent passed DMARC.

-
Every tool that sends as you, by name
Mailmoni knows 67 services by name, such as Procountor and Microsoft 365. Each one gets a sentence on whether its mail passes, and what to change in it when it does not.
-
Your DNS records, checked
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and four more records, checked from once a day on Starter to every 15 minutes on Enterprise. When one is wrong, Mailmoni writes out what to change.
-
An email when something changes
From the Pro plan up, you get an email like this one when a new tool starts sending as you, or when less of your mail passes DMARC. From the Pro plan up, a summary by email puts each domain's week in a few sentences, with one next step.
What you do
Two DNS records, then the changes the reports point to
-
Add your domain
Sign up and type the domain you send email from. It takes a few minutes.
-
Publish two records, or pass them on
Mailmoni gives you two DNS records that ask mailbox providers for reports. Neither changes how your mail is delivered. If someone else looks after your DNS, we have written the message to send them.
-
Change what the reports point to
The first report usually arrives within 24 to 48 hours. Then change each tool that needs attention, in that tool's own settings.
Which plan fits
Starter fits a company that sends from 1 domain
It names every tool that sends as you, checks your DNS, and emails you when a record breaks or reports stop. It does not expire, and it needs no card.
Pro covers 5 domains for 5.90 EUR a month. Choose it when you want an email the day a new tool sends as you, more than one person reading the reports, or 13 months of history.
Starter
0 EUR
- It monitors 1 domain and its subdomains.
- It keeps 30 days of history.
- It has 1 member.
- Email alerts when a DNS record breaks or changes, a DKIM key goes missing, or reports stop.
- It does not expire.
Questions business owners ask
Do I need to know what SPF and DKIM are?
No. The sentence for each tool names the change to make and where to make it. Setup guides for services such as Microsoft 365 and Mailchimp go through it step by step.
Someone else looks after our email and DNS. Can we still use it?
Yes. Whoever looks after your DNS adds two records: usually the agency that built your website, your IT contact or the company you bought the domain from. How it works has the message to send them, with both records in it. After that, you read the results yourself.
Will this keep every invoice out of spam?
Not on its own. Mailmoni shows whether each tool's mail passes DMARC, and what to change when it does not. Mailbox providers also look at what a message says and how often people mark your mail as spam, and DMARC does not cover those.
