Visma Sign: sending as your domain
Before you start
Visma Sign sends signing invitations by email or by text message. Its help pages name one sending address, visma.sign@visma.com. That is the address a recipient's IT support should allow when invitations do not arrive, and the address the confirmation email comes from when you register.
So Visma Sign's mail does not carry example.com in its From address. DMARC reports cover mail by its From domain, so this mail is not in the reports sent to your reporting address.
Visma Sign's pages describe no setting for sending invitations from an address at example.com, and no records to add to example.com.
SPF
Visma Sign's pages name no SPF include for example.com. Its mail is sent as visma.sign@visma.com, so an entry in the SPF record of example.com has no effect on it.
Check it worked
- If an invitation sent to a company address does not arrive, Visma Sign suggests the recipient ask their own IT support to allow
visma.sign@visma.com. Then send the invitation again as a reminder from Open invitations. - If reports for example.com show mail identified as Visma Sign, look at the From address of such a message. If it is at example.com, ask Visma Sign's support for company customers, at
support.sign@visma.com, how that mail can pass DMARC for example.com.
