The export has expired
HTTP status 410
The file of this export has been deleted. Start a new export to get the data again.
From Pro up
The export was ready, but its file has passed its keeping time, so the API no longer hands it out. Start a new export with the same choices to get the data again.
Why you get it
We keep an export's file for 7 days from the moment it is ready. The export's status answer gives the end of that time as expires_at. Once it has passed, the status reads expired and the download answers with this code. The nightly cleanup then deletes the export and its file, and from then on its address answers with a 404.
What to do
- Copy the choices from the old export's status answer while it still answers:
domain,kind,from,to,header_fromandreport_kinds. - Start a new export with them.
- Download it before its
expires_at.
Dates before the start of the organization's history are left out of the new export, as they are from every read. If the plan keeps less history now, or the dates were near its start, the new export can cover fewer days than the first.
